Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) pad Thai rice noodles
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons less sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
4 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions

1. Prepare noodles as label directs; drain.

 

2. In large bowl, whisk garlic, soy sauce, oil, sesame seeds and ginger; add noodles and toss. Makes about 3 cups.

 

3. Serve noodles sprinkled with onions.
